What a beautiful place in the pragsertal . Beautiful hotel ,amazing kitchen very good service. We stayed only one night and had the opportunity to experience a special dinner. A Sunday Gala Dinner. Wow it was great 👍 very tasty and nicely presented. Service was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly 😊. Our room was on the second floor, beautiful few.

The hotel is in a nice location, accessible by foot to the Pragser Wildsee. Unfortunately, due to forestry work, all the walking trails were closed. We had a beautiful balcony view and the location was very quiet. I gave 3 out of 5 stars because of 2 reasons. 1. The bathroom had a bad odour, smelled like sewage. The reception was notified but they couldn't do anything about it. 2. Dogs were only permitted to stay in the rooms. I wouldn't have taken my dog there if I had known before. There are some hotels that have dining areas sectioned off to accommodate dogs. I wish this would've been written down in the description of hotel services. Good was good. Breakfast buffet was small but enough for the guests. Dinner was a 4- course meal with a cheese buffet at the end.

My husband and I were hiking the Alta Via 1. We booked this hotel because we were looking for a place that is close to the entry point. This hotel is 20-30 mins hike to Lago di Braises so it was perfect as we didn't have to rely on the bus schedule and we wanted to start early! We booked the half-board so that was accommodation and dinner. The accommodation was perfect. The room was clean, simple and had a balcony! The bed was great and they had individual robes and a hiking backpack and poles for you to use. Awesome! Now, the dinner... My husband and I didn't have high expectations because we thought it was going to be buffet... But ...wow, it was a gala dinner - 7 courses (Includes salad bar was buffet ayce, a chefs welcome dish, and a palette cleanser dish!). The service was superb - from the front desk to the dining .. they were fabulous! The last cherry on top was that, we wanted to leave early in the morning around 630 to start the hike and so we informed them ahead of time so we checked out the night before... The lady at the front arranged a special simple breakfast for us since we were going to miss reakfast since it starts at 730). I would definitely recommend this place! Amazing!
